In eBay Checkout, you can customise your logo and an associated message.
When you upload a customised logo it will be displayed to buyers as they go
through the checkout process and can also be included on invoices sent to buyers
via eBay email.
The logo file that you use has to conform to specific standards –
it’s dimensions must be 310 x 90 pixels and the permissible file types are - .bmp, .gif, .jpg, .jpeg, or .png.
To use a customised logo, follow these steps:-
- First go
to your “My eBay” page.
- Select "eBay
Preferences" from the left-side navigation bar.
- Select "change"
for the Checkout pages or the Invoice.
- When the “Customising
Checkout” and the “Invoice” page loads, hit “Browse”, and select the
logo file on your own PC and then choose the name of the logo file that
you wish to use.
- Clicking “Upload”
will transmit your logo to the eBay website.
- Tick the check
box(es) to define whether
Checkout pages or the Invoice emails, or both will use the logo.
- Choose the
Preview option to check what your logo will look like to your buyers.
Don’t forget to save your changes when everything looks the way
you want it.
If you need to remove the custom logo at any time, simply select
and clear the check boxes mentioned above.
