Go to the “Unsold” view in Selling Manager Pro to display all your listings that finished without attracting a buyer. This list includes all items which did not receive and bids, or the reserve price was not met; or alternatively were of the multiple item auction format, where some of the total quantity remains unsold.

You are presented with the option to re-list these items or to delete them, so if you do not wish to re-list all or some of unsold items, then you can delete them from the “Unsold” view. When you have deleted these listings from the Unsold page, they will automatically be deleted from all of your views.

Tick the box adjacent to each individual listing you want deleted, or you can auto-select all Unsold listings by checking the box located above your listings in the blue heading area.

When you hit “Delete” a dialogue box will appear, asking for confirmation that you want to go ahead with the deletion. Assuming that you do, click the confirmation button and a message will be shown at the top of the page confirming deletion.

Take extra care when using the mass delete function that you are not accidentally including listings you wanted to save. Unlike on your PC, items which you select for deletion in Selling Manager Pro are permanently deleted, not just sent to a “trash can” from where they can be retrieved.
