eBay’s Selling Manager Pro automatically downdates stock levels when items are sold, but you will
also need to update your product quantities when new stock arrives or you want
to change other product details, add new products and delete redundant ones.
If you want to update the quantity, go to the “Product Inventory”
page and check the box next to the relevant product:-
- Click the “Update
Quantity” button.
- An “Action”
drop-down list will appear where you can choose whether you are
increasing or decreasing the quantity – enter the quantity.
- Save your changes
by using “Update Qty”.
If you want to move products between folders, this can be done from
the Product Details page or from the “Inventory” view;-
- If you are
in the “Inventory” view check the box(es) adjacent to the product(s) you would like to
move.
- When the Action
drop-down list appears, select the Move option and click Select.
- On the “Move
Products” page, select the destination folder for your products and click
“Move”.
Deleting products follows the same basic procedure in Selling
Manager Pro and allows you to delete products one at a time or in bulk. It’s
important to note that deleted products cannot be returned, so be careful
when selecting candidates for deletion.
