When you first registered as an eBay member, you provided contact details which may subsequently change. You might have moved house, changed your email address or got married (Congratulations!) and it’s very important to keep these details up-to-date so you can be contacted by eBay.

If your details change, you don’t have to register again, just go to “My eBay” and you will be able to quickly and easily update your registration information:-

• You can change your postal address and telephone number

• Your User ID can be changed.

• Forgotten your password? – it can be re-set.

• Your Secret Question and answer can be created if you haven’t already done so.

• Changed your email address? – you can set up a new one.
