Selling Manager Pro (SMP) helps high volume sellers manage the products which they sell on eBay. The Inventory View in SMP includes facilities to track the status of listings, manage stock quantities, and control listing templates which are associated with products.

Inventory View enables you to :-

  • Check on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and product status.
  • Manage the organisation and contents of your product folders.
  • Use the Product Details page to change, add and delete products.
  • Create new products and listing templates.
  • Define rules for automatic product listing.
  • Use listing templates to speed up the “sell again” process.
  • Manually change available stock quantities and product definitions.

“Inventory View” contains the following information for each of your products:-

  • The product folder name
  • The listing templates associated with each product.
  • How many items are available for listing with each product.
  • The ratio of items that have been sold, measured against the total number of listings you have made for that product, are shown as a “success ratio”.
  • The average selling price is automatically calculated for every one of your products.
  • The date when you last submitted a listing for each product is displayed.

There is also a search facility that you can use to find specific products by name, product number and listing item name. There are also options to select only those products which have stock levels below a specified range and require re-ordering.
