Want-it-Now

The Ended Listings View displays all your items whose auctions have ended and shows whether they sold or not. You can now choose to re-list items that did not sell, or delete them. For items which did sell, you can “Sell Similar” using the ended listing as a template.

The Status column in the Ended Listings View displays an icon which is blue if the item has already been re-listed and grey if it has not. If you want to re-list an unsold item:-

  • Select the "Relist" option.
  • To change the selling format (e.g. change normal auction to fixed price format) click on “Selling Format”.
  • Use the Continue button to go to any section of the listing to make changes.
  • If you’ve finished making and changes click on “Go to Review”.
  • Now you can check your listing is correct and then select “Submit Listing”.

You can repeat this procedure for each listing or you can re-list multiple ended listings by ticking the check box adjacent to each listing you want to re-list.

Any items you don’t want to re-list can be deleted and will no longer be present in any views – just tick the box next to any items you want to delete and click “Delete”. A “Confirm Deletion?” prompt will appear and if you accept this, a message confirming deletion will appear.

You can use the “Sell Similar” function to create a new listing which is an exact copy (or a modified version) of any of the ended listings. This feature saves you time – you don’t have to start a listing from scratch if you have multiple items available to sell. The ability to modify a finished listing is particularly useful if, for example, you have a number of eyebrow pencils available – all the same make, but in different colours.
