Internal QA

All projects at LinksMultiple have an internal quality assurance facilitator who reports to the Quality Manager at LinksMultiple. The responsibilities of the facilitator include

· Development of automated test scripts and plans.

· Periodic monitoring of development work and reporting the non-conformances to the Quality Manager.

· Detailed auditing of all deliverables that go out to the client.

· Provide feedback to the Offshore Project Manager on the deviations in the processes and tests and ensure that these are corrected.
