quality of life for visually impaired people of all ages by providing
personal support and a range of free practical services. The Blind Centres
programmes combat the social exclusion, isolation and loneliness experienced
by visually impaired people, whilst encouraging them to lead independent,
active and fulfilling lives. The Blind Centre also provides support for over
50 social clubs that are organised for, and run by, visually impaired people. |
